POINTS TO NOTE

Plates & Cutlery

We Supply plates and cutlery for groups of up to 20 people. We can supply plates, lining and cutlery for larger groups at an extra charge

Minimum Spend

We have a minimum spend of £150 per booking.

Specialised Equipment

Our team will bring any specialised equipment needed and also any specialised plates or equipment for presentation and serving purpose.

Cleaning

Our Team will wash and do a full cleaned down and remove all rubbish associated with your event so you can relax and enjoy the rest of the evening.

Deposits

We Require a Deposit of £60 for all bookings under 25 persons and a deposit £120 for bookings over 25 persons to secure and hold your date and time, which can be payable via card or bank transfer or payment link from us

Booking Confirmation

No Booking, date or time, will be held until deposit has been paid

Quotes

The price quoted is based on the information provide. If a booking is changed within the 21-days period to your event we reserve the right to charge the original invoiced price

Changes

Any changes to the booking can be made up 21 days prior to your event

Cancellations

Deposit is non-refundable 14 days after payment is made (Unless of a cancelation due to Covid-19)

Refunds

Full refund due to covid 19 is only given on a group basis not on an individual basic and only following uk government guidelines. we reserve the right of prove why the booking cannot go head other following government guidelines.

Incurred Costs

The Customer shall be liable for any reasonable cost incurred by the company in the case of a cancelation 21 days prior to your event. Regardless of covid.

In the case of a cancellation of the services 21 days prior to the event we reserve the right to deduct any possible charges incurred by the booking. You have the right to cancel up to the 21-days period without cost minus deposit. Unless cancelled due to covid-19 on a group basis

Final Invoice

Once all information is received, we will then send a final invoice.
